DigiChallenge is an innovative initiative of the Digitalization Sensitization Programme (DSP) of the Ministry of Police Affairs. It is designed to accelerate digital adoption across the civil service through a blend of live competitions and a gamified digital platform.
Why DigiChallenge?
Civil servants are often introduced to new systems without adequate preparation for usage. DigiChallenge bridges this gap by making digital learning fun, competitive, and rewarding. Our Approach:
- Offline Competitions: Exciting inter-departmental contests that foster collaboration, innovation, and digital culture.
- Digital Platform: A gamified web system with quizzes, tasks, badges, and leaderboards to sustain learning beyond live events.
Key Benefits:
- Builds digital competence across departments
- Fosters teamwork, competition, and innovation
- Provides real-time data on adoption and readiness
- Enhances visibility for digital transformation efforts
- Rewards staff with tech gadgets that reinforce the digital culture
Opportunities for Partners & Sponsors:
- Brand visibility across live events and the online platform
- Strategic alignment with Nigeria’s civil service digital transformation agenda
- Association with innovation, learning, and workforce development
Target Launch: 2025 (aligned with the Ministry’s ICT Digitalization Workplan)
